Who is responsible

What we collect
- Account: your email address, your handle, your bio, when you joined and when you last visited.
- What you post: posts, calls, replies, photos, reactions, the rooms on your watchlist, who you follow, and reports you send. Posts, calls, replies, reactions and your profile are public.
- Security: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in (strictly necessary, no consent banner needed), and short-lived sign-in links. Our host processes IP addresses to deliver the site and stop abuse.
- Waitlist: if you joined the waitlist before launch, your email, the date, your country and the page that sent you.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent your data.
Why, and on what basis
- To run your account and show what you post: the contract you accept when you sign up (the terms).
- To keep the platform safe (spam, pump-and-dump schemes, illegal content) and to answer authorities when the law requires it: legal obligations and our legitimate interest.
- To email you sign-in links and important service messages: the contract. Waitlist emails: your consent.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your email and profile within 30 days. Calls stay on the public record in anonymised form, because removing them would change other people's scores. Waitlist data is kept at most 12 months.
Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, the database and photos, and may process data in the United States (Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Resend sends our sign-in emails. TradingView provides the charts embedded on the site, and Google Fonts provides the fonts: both receive your IP address when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to a processing, by writing to contact@apeiq.app. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

ApeiQ is for people aged 18 and over.

Un cookie strictement nécessaire vous garde connecté. Aucun cookie publicitaire. Hébergement chez Cloudflare, e-mails via Resend. Vous pouvez accéder à vos données, les corriger, les exporter ou les supprimer en écrivant à contact@apeiq.app, et saisir la CNIL en cas de litige. Service réservé aux personnes majeures.
